How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders generally leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days (7-14 outside of the United States).
I just realized my shipping address is wrong. What should I do?
Please double check your address during checkout and email us immediately at [email protected] if a change needs to be made. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect or outdated addresses.
What is your Return / Exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item you may return it within 30 days of the ship date. The item must be unworn and unwashed with no damages incurred by the customer. Shipping of the item back to us must be fully covered by the customer. Your refund will only include the amount for the item purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Always contact us before sending your items back! Please allow 5-10 business days for processing on all returns/exchanges. You will receive an email once your exchange has been shipped or your refund has been processed. Sale items are non-refundable.
